Trader Joe's pumpkin butter

Being a fan of most things made with pumpkin I decided to try something that a couple of my friends reccomended. Adding pumpkin to many different foods adds nutrition and flavor without having to add sugar. Sunday I mixed it in to my plain greek yogurt and today I mixed it into my oatmeal. The Trader Joe's pumpkin butter has 40 calories per Tbsp. If you wanted to go even more pure I suggest adding plain ol pumpkin out of a can to your food. Yum!

You can make yummy pumpkin cheese cake with it also! So good. Williams-Sonoma has a recipe online.
