Pork, one more time.

So I think this is my last pork dinner. It's actually from last night. This was inspired by a recipe my mom made when I was a kid. It's bisquik bisquits with cheese mixed in and the same pork and barbeque sauce mix from the quesadillas.

The day of many posts

So tonight I used my leftover pork again. This time I made a barbeque pork quesadilla. I just used the shredded pork and mixed it with some bbq sauce. It was delish! I have enough left for at least two more meals and I don't want to waste any of it. What else should I do?

yum, dinner

You might remember my dinner last week that was super yummy, it was the pork I cooked in the crock pot. Today I thawed the leftovers and made a stir fry of sorts. I can't say that it's the most beautiful or gourmet but it's good! I fried up some carrot, pepper, snap peas, egg, broccoli and onion with the shredded pork and some sesame oil and the pineapple sake teriyaki marinade. I combined it with some quick cooking brown rice and voila, Delish!

Can you say D-LISH!!

I've been getting a little flack for not eating very square meals lately. I guess crackers, cheese, applesauce and ice cream don't make a very square meal. So tonight I used some ingredients that my mommy sent home with me (thanks mom) to make what could be considered a healthy square meal. I must say it was quite yummy!! Now I have a ton of leftovers that I need to do something with. I still had some applesauce though.....
