Stock vs. broth

I'm laughing at the randomness of my blog right now.

I just ran across this post on The Kitchn. I've often wondered what the difference was and I actually thought it was that stock was more flavorful and "meaty" than broth. In fact when I made soup a couple weeks ago I thought it needed a bit more flavor and it was lacking in liquid so I specifically bought stock to add to it.
