I made this last week some time and never got around to posting about it. This is one of my favorite homey soups to make. It's so easy and takes hardly any time. I think I actually came up with it on my own too. It's broccolli cheese soup made with one can of cream of potato soup and cream of broccoli soup. Dump them into the pot along with the can of milk for each of them and simmer them down a bit. At any point in the process add as much or as little steamed broccolli as you like. I usually steam it a bit longer than I would if I was just going to eat it plain so that it breaks down a bit. At the last minute I add cheddar cheese in small chunks so it will melt. Stir until melted and serve! Delish!
