I screwed something up

I was cleaning out some stuff on my computer and I deleted something that shouldn't have been deleted. Somehow I deleted the driver that runs the sound on my computer. This really sucks. I really screwed up and now I have no sound which means no music or video or anything else I would want to listen to.
