Which cut of beef is which?

I for one never know what is what and how it should be cooked beyond ground beef, which I don't usually buy. I'm a ground turkey kind of gal. Anyways, I just found this chart on The Kitchn and it could be very useful! Check it out! I think you can print it and keep it in your wallet
