So not a big deal really, but tonight and earlier this week I did something for the first time since B left. I BBQ'd! I know that sounds sort of stupid to be proud of, but barbeque-ing is typically something men do but I did it all by myself and both times what I did was really good. On Tuesday I made beef kabobs with red onion and red peppers. Tonight I did a piece of salmon and it turned out soooooo good! It was perfect and not overdone! Yeay!
