Yesterday I went to the antiques fair in Alameda with my mom and dad. I only got one item that will probably show up in a post later, I got the seller down to $12 so it was a good deal. while I found a lot that was pretty cool this seller was by far my favorite. The artist uses old wood from anywhere he finds it and turns it into fabulous furniture. I would have loved to have one of his pieces. The benches were wonderful and just the right proportions. This piece used stained glass behind the panes but you would never know it from the picture.
