Last night I finally watched the first two episodes of Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. In the first two minutes I was disgusted. I have to remind myself that it's a tv show and not to be taken too seriously. I also just started reading a book called "Real Food, What to Eat and Why."
I'm certainly not perfect in my eating habits but I don't often eat fast food or processed foods. I kind of wonder if I'm not already ahead of the curve just in that fact. I don't eat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, I eat real butter, I just don't eat a lot of it. If you haven't seen this show yet, you should check it out. You can watch past episodes on ABC.com.
