I've put them in a Christmas-y basket which gets put out on display during the holidays. That way I can go back and reminisce about the past holidays and see how everyone has changed over the years.
I have an old school photo album (with the sticky pages and clear covers per page), and create a yearbook. Any Christmas card, baby announcement, school picture, birthday card, etc goes in there.
I finally took down the display of Christmas cards I was sent two months ago. I'm just curious, what do you do with yours? Toss em'? Save em'?

I save the pictures in an album and then cut up the others with pinking shears to use as name tags the following years.
