When my sister and I went to the farmers market last Sunday I was handed a flier about this proposition. I have to be honest, I'm not very political historically but I'm finding myself quite interested in the upcoming election. As I become aware of propositions via commercials I start to form an opinion but am hesitant to commit to one because of my lack of understanding about the process. My voter guide is sitting at home untouched, I will take the time to look at it at some point.
