Grow your own fresh air!

I ran across this on Re-Nest which is a part of Apartment Therapy. You should watch this video about the best plants to have indoors. Apparently there are two specific plants that are the best at filtering CO2 out of the air and one that is good at filtering formaldehyde from the air. This is really interesting to me because of the bad air quality at my office. It's kind of funny though how many plants the guy says you need for each person. It would be like a jungle in my office if we had that many!
