Well, today is finally over.

For the most part. I'm sitting here so exhausted I'm ready to fall asleep at my computer. That might be due to the fact that Emily and I went and had a drink and toasted to Grandma.
We buried Grandma today, it was quite a day. For me personally the burial was easier than the service afterwards. Grandma had picked out songs and readings specifically so it was touching to know that her funeral was just what she wanted it to be. The sermon was particularly good. It really really touched me, I felt as though the pastor was talking to me alone. He said things that can only make me wonder if grandma had whispered in his ear that I needed a peptalk.
I also shared my recent happenings today with my extended family. It was not as bad as I suspected it might be. So now they know and it's one less thing I have to worry about.
So I'm so tired, I think I'm going to head to bed.
Oh- one more thing. There were some beautiful flowers waiting here for me when I got home. Thanks Stef. It's just what I needed on this day.
