My birthday / jewelry!

I've decided what I'm going to do for my birthday. I was originally thinking about doing this but when I found out it fell on my birthday I was kind of on the fence about it. I'm a member of an organization called IIDA. It's the International Interior Designers Association. It's a work thing. Anyhow, every fall around the first week of November they put on a boutique sale at one of the local furniture vendor offices. I had been kicking around the idea of having a table to sell my jewelry but when my life fell apart I decided not to do it. I didn't think I would have enough merchandise. So I got an email yesterday that led me to believe I was still being included to do it after I had said I wouldn't be able to. So now I'm gonna. I just have to work extra hard to get some jewelry done! Holy shmoly!! I hope to go out to dinner or something afterwards.
I need some sort of identifying card or business card that I can hand out and attach smaller versions of to the jewelry maybe. Any ideas? It would just need to have my blog address and my email address on it. and maybe my phone number.
