Sad and scary story

I just found out today that my neighbor upstairs was attacked by his dog yesterday. He had to go to the hospital for surgery. While he was in the hospital another neighbor was watching the dog and took him out to go to the bathroom and he attacked him too. He also had to go in for surgery. The dog has since been taken away by animal control. I feel bad for the two people that were attacked and for the dog. I wonder what made him go crazy?!?
