So, at the end of this month, or the first couple of days of next month, my divorce will be final. It's kind of weird that it's almost here. At the end of August it will have been a year since ground zero. I really can't say how I expect to feel when the divorce is final. I haven't felt all that angry for a while but I imagine that might come up. I will say that the last 9 months has gone by really fast.
I'm going to Tahoe with my family for the 4th of July weekend which will be nice, but I'd like to do something special with friends some time after that. To sort of commemorate the beginning of a new chapter. Are any of my girlfriends interested in doing something? I don't care what, maybe we can go to SF for the day? Go to the beach, or for a hike? I just want to be with my girls. This includes any and all girlfriends (and you Em)!

My sister said that she felt quiet when her divorce was final. Like someone had finally shut the door to a really noisy and unsettling room.
