Well, after losing my job I emailed the woman that I was renting the house from this weekend. She is so nice and felt so bad that I lost my job that she offered to cut the rental amount in half so I can still go. She wouldn't have been able to rent the house to someone else in such a short amount of time so she said we would be doing a favor for each other.
This woman has been so sweet and accomodating that I want to spread the word about her. If you are interested in going to Sea Ranch and renting one of their small houses I highly reccomend them. Here is their rental website.
